Templates

Template is the source location where PHP Report Maker retrieves the HTML and PHP source for the generation process.

Instructions:

Download the template file and place the file in PHP Report Maker template folder, typically, "C:\Program Files\PHP Report Maker 5\template". NO NEED TO UNZIP.
Before you generate PHP with PHP Report Maker, choose this template at the "Generate" tab. If you want to use this template as default template, click [File], [Save as default].

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please note that the following templates requires PHP Report Maker. Please make sure you have the latest version of PHP Report Maker before using the following templates.
Using any of the following templates indicates that you have read and agreed to the terms of use at the bottom of this page.
