Technical Support
Registered users are entitled to 12 months free email support. Send your technical support request to
aspxmlmaker.support@hkvstore.com with your license information. Emails without license information will be ignored.
When requesting product support, please try to include the following information:
- Is the problem reproducible? If so, how?
- What version of Windows are you running?
- What version of ASP XMLMaker are you running?
- If there is any error message, please include the full text of error message.
- Always send us your project file (.axp file) and, if possible, your database.
Notes:
While we are happy to support your usage of our products, technical support does not entail customizations of generated codes or templates or any other issues not directly related to the workings of our software. Request for debugging or modifying your customized scripts will also be ignored.
Lost License Key
If you lost your license key, please login to the registered user site to retrieve. If you lost your login info, please send email to
support@hkvstore.com. For your protection, we will only send the login info or license key to your registered email address. If you want to change your registered email address, you need to provide your license key.
