Technical Support
Registered users are entitled to 12 months free email support. Send your technical support request to phpxmlmaker.support@hkvstore.com with your license information. Emails without license information will be ignored.
When requesting product support, please try to include the following information:
- Is the problem reproducible? If so, how?
- What version of Windows is your PC running?
- What version of PHP XMLMaker are you using?
- What OS the server is running? Windows or Linux? What version of PHP and MySQL the server is running?
- If there is any error message, include the full text of the error message.
- Your Project File (.pxp file) and, if possible, your database.
- Your license information. Emails without license information will be ignored.
Notes:
While we are happy to support your usage of our products, technical support does not entail customizations of templates or generated codes or any other issues not directly related to the workings of our software. Request for debugging or modifying your customized scripts will be ignored.
Lost License Key
If you lost your license key, please login to the registered user site to retrieve. If you lost your login info, please send email to
support@hkvstore.com. For your protection, we will only send the login info or license key to your registered email address. If you want to change your registered email address, you need to provide your license key.
